Where is Sylvia?
A great part of the National Convention experience is when the ACS staff meets clients that they have been helping over the phone, but never met in person. One example of this happened at last week's convention when several clients had their first face-to-face meeting with Sylvia. Sylvia has been with ACS for eight years and works with our premium support team. Our
premium support plan offers an expanded level of support which includes 24/7 accessibility and other services. Since the premium support team is a smaller group of representatives, they get to know the clients they serve on a more personal basis.
So, as I was meeting people at the door for the convention’s meet-and-greet session, I was asked multiple times, “Where is Sylvia?” What followed resembled a reunion of old-time friends, complete with hugging and picture taking. Some clients even came bearing gifts to show Sylvia their appreciation for the help she provides. It was great for both Sylvia and the clients to be able to put a face with someone who they have come to know.
